"something for the groom" wishing well

I am invited to a wedding where the wishing well is "something for the groom".... there is nothing specific that it states to bring...ANY IDEAS FOR GIFTS for the groom??? thanks!

    A wishing well is something that is at the shower (can be shaped like a well or an umbrella for goodies to be dropped into) that guests can bring little gifts to put into. For example, a roll of aluminum foil, little measuring cups, dishtowels, ziplock bags, etc. It should be random and inexpensive things that the Bride/Groom would use around there house that would not be put onto their actual registry.

    I have never heard of a specific Groom wishing well, it is more for the Bride and Groom for them both to use.

    It is a fun thing where people dont have to spend a lot of money, but will be useful to the Bride and Groom.

    Wrench, tape measurer, duct tape, ear plugs (to be funny!)... those are "groom" type things that can be useful to both B & G

    I actually went to a shower where we had to bring a gift from the groom's wishing well. Honestly, I didnt like it because it wasnt like the bride was getting clothes, makeup, purses... etc

    I got him a hat from his favorite sports team.

    I've only ever heard if WWs at showers-never at a wedding.
