Back to the office today after a nice, long 4 day weekend! Had a great weekend in Ohio with family.

I had a fun, but busy weekend- took my parents downtown to see the cherry blossoms and some monuments on Fri., went shopping with them on Sat., and Sun. was church, visiting my great-grandmother's grave in MD, Easter dinner, and an Easter egg hunt around our apt. (DH's idea... my parents were good sports, and it was actually lots of fun). Having visitors is tiring though! I have to gear up tonight for the next- my BFF from PA arrives tom. afternoon. Can't wait to see her!

Uneventful Easter for us. Friends traveled from Erie Saturday for Easter Dinner, then sunday we did some shopping and went to see Hot Tub Time Machine - save your $$ it was AWFUL! (Dh's choice, since my last one was How to Train your Dragon).
Tonight we look at the wexford house a second time and fingers crossed we still love, we make an offer, and they accept!
Glad everyone had good/safe trips!

Having a nice day off today (love my work, they have an awesome vacation policy). Was POURING rain this morning, but luckily it slowed down.
Am getting my dress this week (excited!) and need to lock down some of the other wedding details (like colors, flowers, entertainment) this week as well.
But, NWR, I received some amazing news on Thursday - I was promoted!
Favorite Thing About Fall- Fall Foods, apple pie, pumpkin cookies, apple cider... YUM!

bri - I saw Hot Tub Time Machine and thought it was silly but definitely laughed out loud a lot. I went with a big group, and we were relating especially to the fashions! I think if FI and I went alone it wouldn't have been nearly as funny.

Enjoyed the weekend although not long enough........Friday was date night with the FI YAY!!!!!! Saturday again I hit the town with my Cousin for a lil girls night fun! Sunday Cooked most of the day and enjoyed having my family over the house. Tired as all get out but still made it to work bright and early this morning at 6am. BTW I did complete a check on Friday picking my dress up from Davids Bridal. Now I am trying to narrow down shoes but I have until atleast after prom season goes away when the end of season sales begin. Scheduling a wedding planning meeting with the family to hash out a budget so that we can really decide on a venue. Hopefully that will happen within the next wo weeks. My MOH found her caterer for her wedding in OCT So yippie for her! Have a good week everyone!
