Information in invitations

We are in the process of getting our invitations made by a great company and are confused on all the information to include in our invitation packet.  We have our reply cards and the actual invitation.  What do you put on the details card?  So far the proof that was sent to us includes the time of the reception and the addresses of the church, hotel, and reception site.  Do you include a map and directions? What about hotel information and price?  We had STD's sent out with that information but do we need to include it on our details card.  We also put our website on there.  That has all the hotel info, etc.  Help!  Just need some other advice on what you are including in yours!  Thanks!!!

Here are what mine look like thus far. Again, a lot of this info was on my website and in the STD, but I don't think it hurts to repeat.

Hey MoriaMN - just a heads up thing but you've got accommodation spelled wrong.  My printer told me that I had it wrong just before printing (thank goodness!) and I had it the way you did.  It does indeed have a "MM" in the middle.  I felt silly and made it one of my goals to never spell it wrong again!

Thanks lady. I'll be sure to fix it on the next round. :)

Oh and to answer the post:

We had our invitation.  We are having the ceremony and reception at the same place so we didn't have a 'reception' card and put Dinner and Dancing to follow as the last line on the invite.  We had a reply card.  Then we also had a Directions with a map and Accommodations card (included hotel address, number, price of rooms, and the address to our wedding website for more information. which were on teh back of each other to save paper.  Pictures in my bio.

I will have an invitation, and since our reception is at the same place as the ceremony, we are not doing a separate reception card. It will just say "reception immediately following ceremony" on the bottom of the invite. Then I will have a reply card with our wedding website on the bottom. That is it.

Our website will have accommodation information, driving directions, online RSVP, things to do in the area, and an interactive google map with the ceremony/reception site, accommodations, airport, and things to do all marked on the map with the ability to get directions by clicking on the locations. Google maps rock btw...you can totally make a map like this and save it, then link the URL on your website; you just need a google account (that could also be used for gmail and gtalk).

Thanks ladies as always!  Just waiting on our invite designer to send me more proofs.  We hope to have them out in the next month!  Hopefully they will be great.

A link to our invite will be on our wedding website asap!
