Vendor ALERT-- Soon2bMrsJensen

Soon2bMrsJensen, please pay for advertisements instead.

All your vendors have the same phone number and many different names at times and website, but all lead to the same place. Then you referred everyone to this great new Facebook page called I Love My Fiance this week, that happens to be operated by the same "event company" you are using. After asking you if you had any connection to them, you said no...you were just excited about their big promotion coming up and that your sister told you about it and said your photographer is actually in Pensacola, so they couldn't all have the same phone number.

Then yesterday, you tell another local board (in California!) that your "sister" works for DreamMakerEvents and they are having a secret contest for Southern California brides. Your DOC's and photographer's name (Infinity Studios, RSVPDestin) has changed at times across the Boards you write on and even their location (Pensacola, Destin, Fort Lauderdale). You trash talk other vendors and then promote this unknown company in the meanwhile.

Thanks for wasting my time, Soon2bMrsJensen. Stop posting here, it's getting ridiculous and no one wants to use shady vendors. And we don't appreciate you pushing vendors when emailing the timeline to knotties that one of your "vendors" sent you.

Beware of DreamMakerEvents, Infinity Studios, RSVPDestin, I Love My Fiance fb page, and more to come I'm sure. Just know that they are all the same company/group of businesses.

Wow! I was wondering why the email for the "timeline" was from a guy. Thanks for sharing.

Holy crap girl, you did your homework!  LOL  Kinda sucks that we could be coerced into believing a vendor is great because of a false recommendation.  Thank goodness most of us have done extensive research before choosing a vendor.

Thanks for this, Natalie!!! You're awesome. :)

So I was curious and googled "Al Lewis" the DJ's phone number and was directed to a FB page where Rob Shapiro is putting together the Plantation High c/o 1991... he happens to work for Dream Maker Events too. A little research onto the class reunion FB page says to email him at

    1991colonels@gmail.com

which happens to be the email addy she asked you to email her at to get her planning checklist.

Wow, Natalie - you have a lot of time on your hands to devote to making a webpage about me! I dont know if I should be flattered or freaked out in a stalker-sort-of-way!

The bottom line is, I am a customer, not a vendor, and I happen to love my vendors - and I get a hundred bucks off my wedding services for anyone who signs up with dreammaker under my recommendation.

And just to clarify, they are a network, sort of like Bella pictures - in the Panhandle (where my wedding is taking place) the photography branch is called RSVP - but the video and DJ is coming from their place down here, dreammaker. Not all that confusing if you dont think too hard.

Its funny, I had just posted to a newbie how welcoming and community like this board is - and now I get called out by our board's 'Sherlock Holmes' - I guess I sit corrected!

  • I wasn't going to comment on this, but decided to after reading your response.  Why are you referring to yourself as a "customer" and not as a bride.  Just saying...

Total vendor with bad awful photography work. They can't even clean the sensor dust off thier camera.

    Look at this!

I hired dreammaker on Friday based on these recommendations - thats really weird that 'she' or 'they' would do this! I wonder if I should be concerned??
  • edited December 2011
I would be more concerned on the quality of your photos. WHY on earth would you hire a photograher with THAT bad or work? There is dirt and dust on the photos! Cancel now!
  • edited December 2011
tj, their presentation was great and i really liked them. I didnt notice any dirt in their photos - the one you put in that link looks nice to me.
  • edited December 2011
The black dots in the sky is dirt on the camera's sensor!!!!!  There are at least 30 dirt spots in the sky in that photo. They are too lazy too clean their cameras. Your giving them money for quality like this? Orange skinned people too! WTF are you thinking?
  • edited December 2011
Oh my God those pictures were awful.

  • edited December 2011
I hope you didn't hire them for your wedding last month.

Maxine, are you kidding? Everyone looks like cartoons!!!!!!!!!!

@gatorgirl - no, our wedding is in 2011 - I typod when i registered here...

@ jcaruncho - their stuff looks great to me...
  • edited December 2011
Well, if you like them, then good luck.  I looked through their albums and was very unimpressed with their work.  Just remember that your wedding will take place only once and those are memories that will last you forever.

I'd be interested in hearing what you have to say about the email address.

    I also found this thread:

    http://forums.theknot.com/Sites/theknot/Pages/Main.aspx/local-wedding-boards_florida-south-florida_bridal-stuff-sale

Don't companies normally let you use your deposit to change a date? They made you put down a deposit on their services twice and you still want to use them?
  • edited December 2011
Look at this! They can't even expose a photo correctly.

    http://tinyurl.com/339fdlu

THIS is what they are showing as their best work?!!!! Come on! obviously the baby name was just created today by this company and Mrsjensen to try to get a voice in as damage control. PULEASE. We are smarter than this.

  • edited December 2011
damage control? I posted that I was concerned because I had hired them! I happened to defend what I think look nice, because I dont care if you attack them or not, if I think photos look since and then you say they are sh*t, then you are in essence attacking my taste.

  • edited December 2011
That's exactly what I'm doing. I'm trying to pound some common sense into your skull.

Under exposed, oompa loompa people photos with dirt spots in the sky are your taste? Come on! You are paying money for this?

If you were real bride then you'd be alarmed on how inferior the quality of this work is, and you would be concerned.
  • edited December 2011
"oompa loompa people" made me LOL big time.
