   My fiance has 2 nieces, ages 5 and 7, and I have a 6 year old niece. My niece wants to be the "only" flower girl, so I was trying to make her "special" by having her be the only one to throw flower petals. And have the other two carry some sort of flower wand.    I did something when I was young that might work in your case. There was a flower girl who threw petals and then two girls, myself included, who handed roses to the last person on every aisle going down the middle, prob about 30 total, 15 for each side.

   My church doesn't allow for anything to be thrown so we don't have that problem. However, what about having them throw different colored petals? That way she could pick her color and maybe that would help. TBH, I would probably just tell her that you are sorry, but you were wrong to promise her that and that all the flower…

   It's YOU & your FIANCEE'S wedding, not this little girls. She'll have her day one day. It's not fair to the other two that they don't get to throw flowers. I think it's outrageous that this little girl is demanding to want to be the only FG.

    I agree with Stage. All three girls are going to be your nieces now. You need to apologize to your niece for the promise you made and treat the girls the same. They are too close in age to differentiate between them.
