   There are so many things that roll around in my head, and unfortunately some of them are horrible that I've heard and of course they stick. I just wish I could literally erase some things from my internal vocabulary. Blech.

   I think consciousness helps though. Although, yeah.being able to see those damn nuts (what ARE they called?) and not have them be *n* toes FIRST in my mind would be helpful, for one.

   I've given the stink-eye to my brother on more than one ocassion over "gay" or "f**" I can't handle that or anything hateful really. I mean...it's hard to erase, but I can't let people say it in my presence. It's wrong regardless.
