   I'm currently looking for a wedding DJ who plays top 40 + classic rock + indie rock. I considered doing the ipod thing but I'm starting to think it might cause too much stress worrying about who will watch over it. I've only found 2 dj's of any interest: hello!DJ and Third from the Sun, but they are both a little pricey…

   I was pretty happy with our DJ, Revolution Disc Jockey & Entertainment. They had a really extensive music list to choose from and we got them for $600 (but we got their most basic package plus a bridal show discount). http://www.revolutiondiscjockey.com/

   I went to a wedding on Sat of a co worker and the DJ ws "Q Entertainment" and they were really good. Everyone was impressed with the playlist. I'll find out the pricing of them and reply back. I sent her a email but I'm sure she's not even looking at the computer right now...

   Where are you located? If you are in the Durham Region then let me know and I'll give you the name of my DJ who quoted us $500 to do our wedding. He's excellent! He DJ'd two of my cousin's weddings and my sister's too, so we knew the type of music he plays is what we wanted (this mix of music you're requesting).

   We're using Party Productions DJ Service. The bridal show base price is $700 for 6 hours. There are several add-ons you can select, but nothing else is mandatory. They have an online planning tool that allows you to log in whenever you like, for months leading up to the wedding, to hand select your playlist, choose songs…

   We're located in Toronto, but our wedding will be held at the Kortright centre up in Vaughn.
