   I didnt number mine bc my mother insisted it was more unnecessary work and I was a mass of confusion when people opted to ignore the "Whats you name" line.    I have an excel sheet too! I am also using it to keep track of meal choices, and once we do the seating chart, I will put table numbers on there as well. When we do events for work, this is how we keep track of RSVPs and it makes things so much easier.

   Do you guys think the spreadsheet is easier to use then the knot's list? The only reason I like the list on the knot is I can access it from anywhere since it's online...like from work, from my parent's house, or anywhere for that matter.

   I made an excel spreadsheet.. it seemed easier for me, and then I saved it as a google doc. I LOVE google docs, because they can be accessed from anywhere, and can be shared with certain people that you choose also. I did the index card box thing for sorting.    I definitely ditto Kadell's idea for numbering...although I've lucked out and everyone has filled out their names so far. I have my Excel spreadsheet with the name and number and a yes or no column. Then I put the responses in a basket so I don't lose them.
