   I was going to recommend Instant Request (used them for our wedding), but since you don't want a company with a huge roster...they'd be out.    I second the Paul Young vote. We went to the Wedding Fair and won $50 off if we booked him. if you go to his website he also has a bunch of videos you can watch, which sold FI and I. He also decided that since we were close to his house, and April was slower, that we wented up booking him for $595.
