   If you are flying coach, then yup. Also? Put all your liquids in a ZIPLOC bag. TSA at Philly International confiscated all my toiletries last week because they were in a different kind of plastic bag. I was - ahem - angry.

   More than likely when you go to get your tickets and it asks you to check a bag, the people at the ticketing counter can help you out. Often I just give them my credit card when I fly with frequent flyer miles but need to check a bag that's not covered.

    Do you have to check a bag? Sometimes you have no choice, but I avoid it at all costs. I'm even going on a 8 day trip to Europe with only a carry-on.
