  @AuroraRose41 - I think my dad is doing alright. He has the option of surgery, but is looking to do it 3-6 months from now, so it's not something that is life threatening. It just makes it hard for him to do anything that requires any physical exertion. Which is weak, because my dad is extremely active.

  @Phira - Papa Gino's, eh?.............. Sounds legit enough to me.............. I bought weed in a bathroom once and that worked out just great! :P

  OMG I'm so full. The shakes were just as delicious as last night. Today I got to supplement them with pumpkin/bacon pasta, Braised pumpkin veggie mix, Turkey pumpkin chili (my fave), pumpkin cake, another kind of pumpkin cake, pumpkin fudge, and pumpkin spice tea.

  When I burp it tastes like pumpkin spice. I'm a happy girl.

  Well the verdict is in and my month of Whole 30 failure wasn't a total failure lol. I lost a total of 1.6 lbs of fat and gained 0.2 lbs of muscle lol. I'm now at 18.5% body fat. She said if I hadn't ate like crap in NO or at the weddings or gotten a stomach bug then my results would be more drastic. I then proceeded to give her the stare of death and walked away lol.

  @southernpeach89‌ Whatever! Your body is freaking amazing and you are allowed to have fun every once in awhile! Life isn't always about keeping your body in 150% peak physical condition in case of zombie apocalypse or something.
