why does the registry tab show the wrong date???

the date on the "my registry" tab is incorrect it's the wrong date and the wrong year!! All the other dates are correct. How on earth do i change that? I've looked everywhere on that page and there is nothing that will change it! If people google my name that's what comes up that page with the completely wrong date

It may be wrong on the registry store end? So if you have a Macys registry, sign in there and make sure it's correct on their end. I think the Knot just takes that info from there.
