I am looking for someone in the Sioux Falls area who can arrange flowers. We have access to wholesale flowers, so we aren't going through a traditional floral shop. We considered doing it ourselves, but with the sensitive nature of flowers, I would feel better with someone who has experience. Any recommendations? Thanks!
