Help! After Ceremony Drinks and Hor d' oeuvres Reception

I need help finding a place to host 25-40 people for drinks and hor'd oeurvres after our wedding ceremony at the Flamingo. I'm looking  for something on the strip and I want to spend as little money as possible as we're having a big reception back home in Florida. Any suggestions for Resturants? Private rooms? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Im a Flamingo Bride! We are hosting our cocktail hour after the ceremony at either Carlos n Charlies or Margaritaville. What sort of budget do you have?

Margaritaville is so fun and some of the private areas have great views of the strip!

Thank you, I was thinking of trying Carlos and Charlies. I'm trying to stay around $1,000 at most, I really only want this event to last 1-2 hours.

Carlos n Charlies can get expensive with the drinks so just keep that in mind.

Firefly gave us some good quotes. They have tapas and a full bar.
