Which serving method is your preference?

I was thinking about going with buffet for my wedding. But then I thought that it would get too chaotic. My guy has an uncle, and that uncle alone has 9 (yes, 9, that is not a typo.) children, ages 2-16. My FMIL has 4 children, ages 2-7...there are more, but I'm not trying to write a novel....haha. I figured that a plated dinner ( with available kids menu) would allow everyone to eat, without parents/kids juggling plates.
