FI's annoyed with me, and I really can't blame him.....

....because he's on a juice cleanse/fast, and I just finished making chocolate chip cookies from scratch for his folks and my coworkers.  The whole house smells like yummy cookies.

He also grilled steak and chicken for me last night to reheat the next few days for lunch at work. I did check with him first to make sure it wouldn't bug him to cook for me. He said no, but after all was said and done, he sniffed my steak, and glared at me.

It was delicious, by the way. :-D

    Side note, our new house is about a half mile from a Nabisco factory. I smell fresh brownies when I'm outside 24/7. I reaaaaally feel for your FI!

    My husband had teeth pulled earlier this week and had to live on yogurt and applesauce for a few days....but I didn't! Heh heh!

    Um, that sounds like my idea of heaven. If I smelled fresh brownies all the time, I'd never go inside.

    Growing up, my house was between a Breyers Ice Cream Factory (didn't really ever smell that) and a Wonderbread Factory - oh my sweet lord, they MUST have been pumping some scent in the air, cause damn that smelled so good while walking to school every day!!!

    Wah!!!!!  I live half a mile from a duck farm. . . . . lets just say it's a slightly less enjoyable aroma!

    I used to live near Aunt Millie's. They baked cinnamon rolls or bread or something every Wednesday night, and it drove me insane. You could smell it on every street in my neighborhood when it was humid.
