Paris or San Juan

Greetings,

I am truly torn between a destination wedding in Paris where they will only be a few people in attendance ( less than 10) or San Juan Puerto Rico where they will be at least 30-40. My fiance doesn't care either way, but I think that cost will be about the same. Any suggestions.

    Since France requires a 40 residency prior to a legal wedding, I'd say San Juan. Also, in Paris, you must have a separate civil ceremony prior to having any other type of vow exchange or ceremony. So, it's not on a pain in the butt to arrange, but the guests who are spending thousands to attend can't even witness your legal ceremony.
