I am going to need a decorator/DOC for on 6/30/12 in Madison. The main need will be to do some set up at the ceremony and reception location (put out placecards, hang some paper poms) since we won't have access early enough to take care of it ourselves.
We're having an intimate wedding with ~65 guests so the spaces aren't huge and I don't think set up will take all that long, so I really would like to pay not more than ~$250. Most DOCs I've checked out seem to run at least $500 though. Anyone have recommendations? I am definitely open to someone who is starting out and looking to build a portfolio -- and hopefully that means cheaper rates for me!
