Epic Wedding Fails

So glad to see others on here didn't do the cake smashing in the face thing! People are always saying "Oh but I think it's cute! it shows a couples playful, spontaneous side..." But to me it's so over done now that  it doesn't make the couple look spontaneous and playful any more. It's like it's become some sort of weird tradition/obligation everyone expects now. At my wedding there were people making comments as we cut the cake that we were suppose to smash it, and it was bad luck or something if we didn't, but honestly I felt more like we were being ourselves by going back to the original meaning and simply feeding each other and then kissing.
