Shoes for this dress?

The dress is an off-white, creamy warm color - the lights in this shot are pretty warm, so my NARS Siberia skin looks as if it's quite tan! I will be getting a lining added to the dress. I wore the black shoes because they're approximately the heel height I'm going for - 1.5-2"

I would add a pop of color with the shoes. Blues, purples or pinks would look nice.

Depends on if you want a pop of color or something that will more suttle. If you subtle then go for a light ivory maybe even satin shoe. Or go for a light metlliac or nude shoe.

Would gold work here? Not glitter gold but more of a satin. I was thinking about a yellowy shoe with a lace overlay, but then I realized it might be a bit overkill -- too matchy matchy. I'm a klutz so white shoes would not stay white long.

I think a lace overlay would be too much lace. And I think gold is too neutral. I think it would look too washed out I think the shoes chibiyui listed would all be cute. JMO.
