It was a little emotional, and a bit sad because I just noticed how much my skin tone has changed (aka sick look) and how fat my face has gotten, but I now have hair!!!!!

I was in awesome shape, so that makes this so much more bitter. I have fallen so far...lol

I am looking forward to being able to get back into my workout routine and being in even better shape!

The hair looks great! I know what you mean about not really recognizing the "you" that is in the mirror, though. (Similar but not parallel story--my dog bit me in February and there has been weird scarring near my eye, so even when people tell me I look fine/good I don't always feel that way because I'm comparing to pre-scarface). BUT, I will say that you do look really good. You're going to look insanely, unfairly hot once you're healthy again, too.
