    We just acknowledge our dating anniversary, and celebrate our wedding anniversary. Though to be fair, the former is the day after Valentine's Day, so we sometimes "celebrate" with 50% off chocolate.

    Our dating relationship kind of evolved over time, so we don't have one date set in stone for our dating anniversary and never really celebrated it even when we weren't married. We'd just be like "sweet! It's been about 4 years, right? Love you!"

    Now that we are married and have an exact date, we celebrate the wedding anniversary.

    I don't know my dating anniversary. never occurred to me to remember it. We sort of celebrate our anniversary. Depends on work commitments. This year my SIL is getting married on our anniversary. We get a free meal and open bar to celebrate with his family!!!! I'm pretty excited.






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.
