Looking for hair stylist recommendation in the Rittenhouse area of Philly. I don't really want to pay for someone to come off the floor so I wasn't sure if anyone had a good experience at a salon in Rittenhouse? It would be a huge help. I am getting married in November and I am trying to finish everything off
