Bridal Torsolette Help!

I have been searching for a bridal bra, corset or torsolette with no luck! I am petite and wear a 32-34 A. I haven't been able to find anything small enough cup size-wise. I've used the stick on bra cups before and they haven't really worked with my sensitive skin as I always get rashes. And I don't want to just sew cups into my dress because I don't want to be naked in front of everyone and my photographer, but I don't really see another option.

Does anyone have an answer? Any advice? A certain brand/place that sells something for tiny chested girls?

  • What do you mean you don't want to be naked in front of everyone?  My sister had cups sewn in to her bra and there were zero nip slips at her wedding.  Can't speak for what other brides I know have done.

If you can think of a polite way of me asking a friend of mine who shares your bra size her advice, please let me know and I'll do it.  I totally lack tact.

  • I had panties on and just turned back-to my photographer to get into my dress, it'll be two seconds. It's not that big of a deal. You can hold the front up while someone laces/zips you in.

If you don't want to be naked in front of your photographer (which is understandable) or certain others then you just simply ask those individuals to leave the room while you get dressed.

With having a smaller chest you really only need bra cups sewn into your dress.  When it comes to wedding dresses, the less layers you have to wear under it is always better.

ETA:  Also since you will most likely be wearing a button down shirt or a zip up hoodie you can keep that on, slip your dress on and up and then take off the shirt/hoodie.  By doing this you will be covered until you are in your dress and you won't have to worry about asking anyone to leave.

  • I definitely wouldn't want to deal with having to wear a bra/corset thing under my dress if I didn't have to, just for one split second of avoiding my nipples showing, which can easily be addressed by asking people to step out of the room, or other suggestions given above. You don't want to deal with 6-8 hours of worrying about it showing, adjusting it, etc., if you don't have to!
