Thursday Accountability

B: Hard-boiled egg, tomato, and scallions on a sandwich thin with light mayo

S: Mini Babybel, grapes

L: Pulled chicken with homemade BBQ sauce, side salad with homemade lemon vinaigrette

S: Apple 

D: Not sure yet, maybe Harissa turkey meatloaf since I didn't make it last night.

    S: I have a few options: apple, pumpkin spice granola bar, HM energy bite thing, PB

    D: leftovers night! maybe a salad with chicken in choc-chile sauce.

    WO: 30DS L3, clean the house

  • B - Didn't have time to eat it, so I guess I'll just have it with lunch. PB2 and banana. I made green tea when I got to work and then got stuck in a meeting and forgot about it. It's all cold and sad now. To the microwave I go!
    S - Was supposed to be Greek yogurt. Will also eat at lunch.
    L - spinach tortilla with turkey and cheese, baby carrots, applesauce, sugar free Jello
    S - granola bar, string cheese
    D - pork chops marinated in Caribbean Jerk sauce, peas, corn. Was supposed to eat this yesterday but ended up working late. FI and I had no energy to cook, so I made a Smart Ones pizza thing in the microwave. Om nom nom.
