Does anyone know if you are allowed to include personal vows during Catholic Weddings?

    I think it's up to the priest's discretion.  We got married at St. Louis Cathedral, and they would not let us do that, unfortunately.  We found other ways to personalize the ceremony and wrote our vows in our letters that we gave each other before the wedding.

    See if you can have your photographer take photos while each of you are reading the letters and opening day of gifts so you can capture the moments!  We haven't gotten ours back yet, but I think they will be cool pictures!
