I am looking for a raincoat. I have a corduroy jacket which I usually wear unless it gets too cold in which case I wear my winter jacket. However, at my job I cannot use an umbrella, so the corduroy jacket isn't cutting it. I would like one with a hood, waterproof, and bonus points if it looks good and like a grownup/lady coat. If any of you have any recommendations, I'd appreciate it.

Does your job really prevent you from using an umbrella to get from your car to your building??

I have a short North Face one, and my long one is from Land's End.

My winter coats are from LLBean.
I originally went to the Nordstrom website because they had an awesome rain slicker a few years back. The hood sat like a cowl until/unless you needed to use it. It was really smart looking but extremely functional and practical. It could be belted as well.
