NWR/Please Help Shop for Raincoats

I am looking for a raincoat.  I have a corduroy jacket which I usually wear unless it gets too cold in which case I wear my winter jacket.  However, at my job I cannot use an umbrella, so the corduroy jacket isn't cutting it. I would like one with a hood, waterproof, and bonus points if it looks good and like a grownup/lady coat.  If any of you have any recommendations, I'd appreciate it.

@MobKaz I work outside, and apparently umbrellas block my vision but hoods don't.

If you work outdoors, you probably need to have hands free, but honestly, has your management never seen this before............?

There are actually some semi-attractive ponchos.


 I originally went to the Nordstrom website because they had an awesome rain slicker a few years back.  The hood sat like a cowl until/unless you needed to use it.  It was really smart looking but extremely functional and practical. It could be belted as well.
