So sorry for the issues you're having! On the far left of the navigation bar should be a drop down that says "My Knot" try selecting "My Website", if that is still causing difficulties for you please let me know and I'll make sure our tech team looks into this.
Sometimes Internet Explorer can cause difficulties on the site, I'll definitely send this over to tech but in the meantime try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox or Safari) and that might do the trick.
