Why is my Location displaying as "Other?"

in Knottie Tech Help
On theknot's main page when I inpt the bride or groom's name it finds my info but the Location shows "Other." I've checked My Account and it has the State but it doesn't display the state when I do a search.

    Are you asking about the registry search? Or somewhere else on the site?

    I took a look at the registry search and it seems to be showing up okay on my end but please let me know if you're still experiencing difficulties.
