I think you should look up actual cyber-bullying.

The "mixup of terminology" basically showed us that she didn't actually care to think about who she was actually asking, and gave us a very definitive clue that she would eventually overreact ridiculously in the way she did. For some people, that makes the question not worth responding to, which is totally fair to decide. Some people did put in the effort to answer the question, if bluntly, and got called rude for doing so.
