    I've tried several different times and ways to get this resolved.  I still can't access my personal domain that I've recently purchased and started building. I can go to my actual site, but it is not linked to my 'knot' account and info. So I am not able to edit or anything. All it gives me is the option to use the automatic 'knot' free website, or purchase a new domain. Please help. Can you just attach the domain to my website???? Or can I have a refund on my domain? Some one fix this. I've received answers that it's been fixed....Nothing. 

    My email acct that is linked to my knot and domain purchased is: mari.3.sanchez.v@gmail.com

    the domain I've purchased is: thesanchenbargers.com

    Hello.

    When trying to go to "My Website" to edit it, it takes me to a new webpage.

    Any help would be helpful!

    Unable to Edit Attendants in the website I'm creating! The Edit feature is not working it just scrolls me to the top of the page!

    I just wanted to update for anyone who was wanting to upgrade from the old website templates to the new.  After not receiving a response on here, I called the Knot support line (877-335-5252) and they told me they would have to delete my old website and start from scratch if I wanted to use the new website templates. This was contradictory to what I read in other parts of the site.

    Thanks for reaching out! If you already have a wedding website on the old builder but you’d like to use one of the new designs, please email help@theknot.com

    Please include the email address you use to log into The Knot and your current wedding website URL.

    (If you're already using the new site builder and just need help changing your theme, let me know and I'll walk you through it :] )
