Cannot upload photos

I was having a lot of trouble uploading photos of the bridal party, but finally got that worked out, but now I am unable to upload any photos whatsoever...it does not appear to be a problem with my computer because I've tried on others. This makes me very nervous about using this for our RSVPs....PLEASE help...or upgrade the website so it actually works!

    I'm really sorry about this, but there are ongoing issues with the wedding websites that tech is actively working on. I'm still waiting on an update from tech for when this will be fixed. I promise I'll update you all as soon as I hear anything.

  • I am also unable to upload any photos to my wedding website. On any page, I'm able to click Browse, select a photo from my machine, and then click Upload. After clicking Upload the page refreshes and reverts back as if I never selected a picture for upload. I was also able to previously upload several pictures, and I just started experiencing this issue yesterday.

    I look forward to your feedback and please let me know if you need any additional info.

  • I am unable to update any photos on my wedding website. no error messages, just long pause then a screen blip and nothing uploads.  It's frustrating and there is no phone number to call for tech support.  kindly let me know when you're going to have this fixed or give some alternative way to get photos on the site.  thank you.
