When I click on the guest list it keeps sending me to the website manager page... my guest list appears to no longer be here... what happened? has anyone else experienced this? Is there anyway to get it back?
Hello - still an issue! I saw down to address save the dates tonight, logged in and all the guests and addresses gone. This website is supposed to help me plan, not make planning more difficult because I have to compile all the addresses again.
this has happened to me a couple times in the past month, it goes from a basic looking interface to the really nice one that categorizes, etc and ive had to reinput the addresses and everything. once it switches all the changes i made on the last one arent there
Yes, this has just happen to me as well. !!!! WTF ? 10 hours of work gone ? where did it go ? All the guest list links on the site just send me to the wedding website.
Please provide solution or direction. !!! ASAP !

Happened to me also. I found the direct link in my history and was able to continue to function: http://planning.theknot.com/wedding-guests/<your number>/list/addresses, so search your browser history. And once your in -- be sure to export a list for backup.
I am having the same problem. I am redirected to the wedding website. I cannot access the guest list that I have created and have been working on. How can I get this information?
I apologize for the delay, I just received an update from tech that they are aware of the issues and actively working to resolve it. They are trying to have this fix completed by the end of the week but I will continue to update you as I hear anything.

It did have two people, myself and my fiancé now there is nothing there. This is incredibly frustrating as we spent a lot of time entering that information and have nothing to show for it.
I just sent an email (again) to the feedback email. I'll post an answer as soon as I hear something. The weird thing is that it works on my iPhone 4s in Safari. Go figure. It could possibly be the platform? Are you guys using Windows or Mac?
Actually what I just tried was copying the guest list address (on my phone) then emailing it to myself. It should prompt you to log in, then you'll be able to see it. Pain in the ass, but at least it works!
I'm really sorry about the issues you're experiencing, tech is aware of the problems and are trying to resolve this shortly. I will update you if I hear anything further.
