Editing Account Info

The other day I deleted my ex from my account, or so I thought.  After the website changes, I am looking around on the website and so I go to "My Knot" and it says my name and his name and is still counting down the days to the wedding that is not happening.  Now I can't figure out how to change it?

    @KnotRiley it doesn't say his name anymore, so thank you for that.  However it is still counting down to August 2nd, not something I am freaking out about by any means but I guess something that tech should fix for people in general who are not planning weddings.
