Chrome V40.0 issue

One is the showing of the top of my browser (everything aligned on the left) then the following photo is the scrolled down to the where the actual boards show up. Restarting the browser doesn't work, cache clear doesn't work... Seriously obnoxious.

It does not display this behavior when on the landing page for community. Only within the grids for the various boards.
