Problems Syncing to Instagram

Has anyone else had problems with the instagram album feature? I have tagged photos with my designated hashtag, but none of the photos are showing up in the album. Does anyone know why this would be? I have changed my privacy setting so that anyone can see my photos, but that has not changed anything--still no photos in my knot album.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out. When did you set up this album? It can take up to 24-hours for photos to show up from Instagram on your wedding website after you set it up. 

    If you set it up before then, let me know and I can investigate further. Thank you!

    I set up my album when I set up my website in March.  I tested the instagram feature and posted hashtag photos for the album a few days ago and I'm having the same problem.  The album does not show up at all on my site and the photos are not there.

    Hi again!

    It looks like there are not currently any photos using your wedding hashtag coming from Instagram users whose profiles are public. When users with private Instagrams post pictures using your wedding hashtag, we are unable to sync those onto your wedding website.
