Sunday I plan on breaking out the pasta attachment for my KitchenAid, and the ravioli presses I bought like, 2 years ago, and am going to make some ravioli.  Should be a fun project.  Probably one of those projects where it's like "this is awesome idea!" and then halfway through it's like "ugh this was a terrible idea". 

Also might see if FI wants to go wedding band shopping... should probably take care of that as we're less than 4 months out.  I've picked his out already, but it's an online company so I need him to get sized, and mine is gonna be difficult as I have little diamonds on the side of my ring that will probably be covered up by a band. 

I got that for Christmas! I love it!!! I want the ravioli maker now!

I feel bad, a very generous friend gifted it to me for my birthday like 3 years ago and I have only used it one time   To be fair, we were in a state of limbo for about a year where most of my things were packed away.  But yeah, I bought some fun presses etc. on Amazon and they're all ready to be used!  Still deciding on fillings. 

FI bought me a KitchenAid Pro for Christmas a few years ago (I've wanted one for years) and I cried when I got it I was so happy. He was excited because now he can just buy me accessories for my birthday and Christmas and I'm a happy camper.

I think I'm coming down with something Icky so my plans kind of depend on that.

Tonight FI has an Open Mic, so I'm dropping him off and then relishing the sweet alone time I have. 

Tomorrow is cleaning/ day drinking/ blast loud music day.

Sunday I'm doing NOTHING.  Except day drinking and Netflix

I am also going to Disney! So, home to pack after work and then drive up. Star Wars Weekend on Saturday and Flower and Garden on Sunday.

So cool! We're doing MK and Epcot tomorrow then maybe checking out Trader Sam's on Sunday. Where are you staying? We're staying at All Star Music.

I'm hoping that with all the Star Wars movies coming out that we can take my son to DW when he's a bit older (2 is a little young). Every time daddy puts on the new trailer or the old movies (original 3) he freaks out and starts cheering. He's enraptured by Star Wars.

Sounds like everyone's weekends are going to rock and I'm super jealous of the Disney weekend! 

I have a movie date with Dad tonight to see Insurgent (I'm always way behind, hardly go to the movies ever) and then hopefully the rain stops so I can work in the yard this weekend!

On another exciting note, I found out that my venue will allow oil lamps as long as the flame is enclosed! My Dad collects all things old so he has TONS of old kerosene lamps that we will be using in the centerpieces now that I got the thumbs up so I will be digging through his awesome antiques to pick them all out!

This is the first long weekend in a long time that I don't need to come into the lab one day to set things up. I'm chaining myself to my desk so I finish writing my paper before I leave work today so I can lay around and watch Netflix all weekend. I have to do a little adulting, but I'm looking forward to being lazy for 3 days.

Tonight I've got the first rehearsal for a show my friend is directing. It'll be part of the independent theatre festival later in the summer. This is my first foray into theatre in forever and I'm rather excited. The only downside is that H is disapointed with how much I'll be gone. So this will be the trial of whether my doing shows will be an issue or not.

Tomorrow I'm going to a baseball game for my friend's birthday. Then we have tickets to the Cowboy Pub Crawl. I'm just getting over a cold so hopefully it will be a fun day. But I'm looking forward to hanging out with our friends who we haven't seen much lately.

Sunday will probably be more packing, some lying around, and cleaning. Then the girls and I are going to see Pitch Perfect 2.

I get to go to spend this weekend with A!  It's a long weekend here in Canada, too, so I'm pretty excited.  She made a blanket fort surprise for me (well, it was a surprise but she's not so good at keeping secrets, hehe).  I think I'm going to meet her BFF and stuff this weekend, too.

I just discovered good news and bad news about my weekend.

Good news: summer has started, my sisters are going to a pretty popular swimming hole and I'm probably going to tag along! It'll be fucking cold, but it's so much fun.

Bad news: summer has started, and I suspect it will mean FI will have to work every weekend for the next fifty gajillion weekends. I have gotten incredibly spoiled to his being here on weekends and now I won't know what to do with myself. Mreh.

Tomorrow, taking Moose to get his hair done, coming back, putting together the corsage and boutonnière, because PROM, and that's exciting.

Also making clothes hangers with heads, which sounds creepy. Kind of like these Urban Outfitter ones, 

but not animals. I'm going with 40s and 50s movie star heads, for displaying vintage dresses.

Moose shaved off his beard, and says sometimes he hates the knot, because I learned the word neckbeard, and use it to torture him. Hah. 

Yes there is a Troll, and a Princess in the picture. I love them, too. They're hilarious girls.

I'm late to this game..  

Last night we ordered pizza and cleared off two movies from our DVR (Jersey Boys and Seeking a Girl for the End of the World).

Today DH donated blood and I ran errands, including a stop at JoAnn Fabric for find fabric for curtains.  I found some, plus fabric for pillows I didn't know I wanted to make until I saw fabric I loved.  Then I spent the afternoon sewing curtains and pillows.  I'm also a beginning sewer so it took me about 5 minutes to work up the nerve to cut the fabric.  So pretty!!!

Tomorrow my parents are coming into town spur of the moment so we will visit with them.  I also have two more pillows to make and then I want to build a custom stretched canvas and decoupage a big map onto the canvas and trim it out with brass tacks.  I've had the map for about 7 years but it is too big to frame (I would go bankrupt) and they don't make canvases the size I need.
