Plz assist - How to canx website

Does anyone know how to cancel your couples website on theknot? I emailed customer service, but of course - no response. 

Please assist if you know how to do this.

I'm wondering the same thing.  I'll be checking back to your post to see if anyone gives you any guidance.

Go to your "my knot" tab. Then the column on the left hand side has "my checklist" "my budget" etc... You'll want to click on the little blue triangle next to "my website". A drop down menu should appear and the option to "delete my website" is second to last.
