@labro - Good to know about the bridal shows! And that really sucks about the flowers! Even if you don't need them obviously you were really looking forward to them. I really, really hate getting bad customer service.

In other news, they built a Popeye's Chicken really close to my office almost a year ago and I've never been. But I went today, and holy hell, Little Nicky was right!

I haven't been because I typically try to eat healthier than fried chicken...... But I'm still "quitting" smoking so it's a reward.

@AlPacina Fried chicken is a GREAT reward for keeping up with no smoking! Keep it up!!! And yeah, I did mention it yesterday.

 A lot has been going on, but I can't talk about it yet.

@bethsmiles - good luck w your mom. People are weird about wedding money. I've been through it with my parents, luckily we have worked through it all now (hopefully). Yeah $1k is not enough for photos. We are planning to spend $2500-3500 and that's on the cheap end. I saw one here that STARTED at like 8-9k and I've seen plenty that have packages well over 10k. Crazy!!

@bethsmiles and @jenjen047 - Our photographer was one of the more "reasonable" ones in Chicago...at $3,500ish.  Its expensive, I know...I hope you and your mom can come to a resolution @bethsmiles.

@untouchablets - So excited for you for Boston!!!!   Plus also, labs are awesome.  I grew up around guard dogs mostly...Akitas, Dobermans, German Sheps, etc. My sister has an Akita/Lab mix that is the sweetest thing.  Honestly, I hear you about not getting a dog from a breed that you are still missing...I don't think I could ever get another Great Pyr since he is my "heart" dog.  

@eilis1228 - Please AW your invitations...they sound amazing!

@lavenderfields13 Just a giant 3 week faire!! Rides, games, concerts, petting zoo, shops, most importantly fried foods!!!! They have really cool stuff from each of the New England states so I alwas load up on Vermont cheese, maple syrup, stuff like that. @jenjen047 what's your FI working there?
