Large dog owners?

Places that advertise a fenced yard but then say no pets make me sad.
I have a 80ish pound lab/pointer mix that is a couch potato. The 10 lb cat is more destructive and violent than he is. I have never had an issue with a large dog and have had several unfriendly encounters with tiny dogs that were just plain mean!

All that said, we did opt for a downstairs apartment so large dog didn't make too much noise above people when he runs through the house!
