would you stay in a house that your spouse had with an ex?

So we closed on our new house Friday and we found out through the realtor that the H built this house with his ex-wife and years later she passed from cancer. He is remarried now and they are basically selling/sold because the new wife wants her "own" house with him. I think this is a silly reason to move from a perfectly…
