What shoes do you wear in fall/winter?

Eh, I have a uniform to wear so my shoe choices make zero difference; I only have one pair of boots anyway. It's always going to be this (see picture) unless it's ungodly hot outside; then we're allowed to ditch the uniform shirt for a departmental polo.

 

On the days where I'm at the restaurant, I typically wear tennis shoes or sperrys depending on my outfit. I have been known to wear ballet flats once or twice, but I don't like the way they feel on my feet. We're allowed to wear anything we want except jeans and sleeveless shirts.
