Ahhh 3 pages already! You guys are chatty today, and I'm super behind schedule.

I took yesterday off to do a bunch of wedding stuff. It was a fun and productive day! At 10 am I had my first training session with my BM. She used to be my personal trainer at the gym, but we stopped training about a year ago... she offered to start training me once a week at my apartment gym for free until the wedding, and yesterday was our first session. I really missed working out with her! She's really creative with her workouts and pushes me harder than I do myself, and I always walk away feeling really energized and refreshed. I'm definitely sore today, but not overly sore.

Anywho, after that I went to a dress fitting. I thought it would be my final fitting, but they hadn't finished the hem because they wanted to verify the length again, and we figured out that the boning is too long inside the dress, so they have to cut an inch or so off. I'll go back to pick it up Monday during my lunch break. It also sucked because I'm on my period, and I was bloated yesterday, so the dress was a little too tight in the chest/back. The hook actually broke while she was trying to zip me up... whoops. She said we'll see how it fits on Monday when I'm not bloated. If it's still too tight, she'll let it out really quickly, but waaaaaah I don't want her to have to do that!

After that I had a hair appointment to get my hair colored and to tinker with my wedding hairstyle a little more. I'm really excited for the wedding hair! It looks fantastic! And I love my hair color! I used to always get it colored this particular color, and then for whatever reason I stopped dying my hair about a year ago. It's so nice to have my hair back to what I consider it's normal color. Plusalso, my hair stylist is seriously a wizard because she always makes my hair look like it came out of a Pantene Pro V commercial. I felt like such a rock star for the rest of the day.

Finally, after that, FI and I went to our DJ's house to look at his sword collection... random, I know. He's letting FI borrow one of his swords to cut the cake at the wedding. We all went to dinner afterwards. Our DJ is seriously the coolest guy ever.

Anywho, now I'm doing my best to play catch-up at work from being out yesterday. So many emails! Is it Friday yet?

@peaseblossom55 *hugs* Try not to worry about other people--- you can't control what they do or say. Just focus on getting back into a normal routine and taking care of yourself and your H.

@speakeasy14 - I ran with the dog the last two days, but he didn't get much exercise the entire 3 day weekend because of our visitors. Hopefully today I'll have time to run him over to the dog park. That should help. Digging is not typical, just when he's over-energetic.

@eilis1228 - A SWORD?!? That's going to be awesome and hilarious!

@peaseblossom55 - I hope you're able to get back into the swing of things. But take your time. You've got this. Sending you lots of love and internet hugs!

@AlPacina haha I know! Back when we first met with the DJ in February, FI mentioned in passing he thought it was cool when Marines cut their cakes with a sword. The DJ was like, "Oh! I have a sword collection! You are welcome to borrow one." Since swords are like $1000, FI was happy to take him up on that offer. Our DJ has a lot of side jobs and hobbies (including DJing), and he does a lot of Ren fest stuff and Highlander stuff, hence the swords. He also works with leather and has an amazing collection of Motown records. Seriously, he's such a cool dude.

I'm the kind of person that wouldn't say anything to you about it if I were your CW and wasn't really close to you because I wouldn't want to say the wrong thing or invade your privacy. Hopefully people can mind their own business. But like @TwoDimes said most people have good intentions and don't realize they may be saying something insensitive. 

@eilis1228 Yeah Cassie can annoy the crap out of me with her energy but I keep watching because of her energy lol. I hope you don't have to let your dress out either and the bloat is gone!

@swazzle No I don't have to go back tomorrow.  I already told my boss I was though.  I think it will be hard whether I go back tomorrow or Monday or three weeks from now, delaying it even further I think will just make it worse.  I hope it's not as bad as I fear.  

Thank you everyone so much for the thoughts and kindness.  It makes this all a bit easier.

@labro Thanks! I agree--the bump looks SO much better now. My stylist also decided to use bobby pins to attach the veil instead of the comb on the veil so that it doesn't need to attach deep within my hair and pull down on the bump. It looks a lot better!

@lavenderfields13 LOL Cassie's energy is insane! She's ridiculously bubbly, which is both good and bad. I really like her healthy snack/cooking videos too.

@beachyone15 I totally agree! My stylist and I both thought the other one was really funky, and the redo yesterday was much better! We both feel really confident that my bridals next week will look awesome.

One quick note....I found out today my mom and MOH sent out invites for my shower today. The shower is Nov 21. Does this seem ridiculously early to anyone else? Oh well, nothing I can do about it.

@jenjen047 Thank you! *blushes* RE: shower-- my mom and her friends held mine five months before my wedding! It was majorly early, but no one cared (or if they did, I didn't hear about it). Technically you aren't supposed to use any of the gifts you get until after the wedding, but no one really does that. Just look at this way--- all of your wedding festivities start that much sooner!
