I am super late because I have been very busy, but wanted to check in. I WFH today because FI's watch was arriving and needed to be signed for. I was a bit worried about them just leaving it on the porch, so I am happy they required a signature to deliver it. Anyways, I will post a picture of it once FI sees it. 

Working on scheduling an MRI. My physical therapist thinks a torn tendon is very likely, and if it's really bad, she said it could require surgery. Awesome. I did some research on the tendon that the ortho and the physical therapist are concerned about, and apparently recovery can take 9-12 months after surgery. Which means there is a chance that I won't be able to walk down the aisle or dance at our wedding. Or wear my gorgeous Jimmy Choo's. That just came into the store in Beverly Hills, and were sent to the cobbler to get a few holes added to the strap, and will be at my front door next week. I want to cry. And find that (insert all expletives that you can think of here) midget and bill him for everything. So yea....that's my life right now. 

Also, my SS gifts were shipped! . And mine arrived today too, and I love it! Will have to wait for the big reveal before I give anymore details though.

@AuroraRose41 ugh that is frustrating! Hopefully if you do need surgery you'll be at the point of healing that you can walk with no problem. Sadly, I still struggle wearing heels. That just means your gorgeous shoes are sex shoes until you can walk in them.

Noooooo.  I just got off the phone with FedEx and they haven't delivered my SS package.  I'm sorry to my SS and bummed.  They say they had a boat load of packages to deliver (well, duh, its the holidays...don't you think you should have more staff around the holidays?) and a lot of them were delayed.  I could have gone with USPS vs FedEx if it was going to arrive on Monday anyway.   Sorry for getting my SS's hopes up.

@speakeasy14  I hope so too. Also that is a great idea if I can't walk in them. At this point I can't even put them on though (my foot won't move that way at the moment). Do you have any good shoe recommendations that are pretty non-heels that are also comfortable?

@AuroraRose41 while I was in the boot and casts I got sketchers go walk in black. They look like ballet flats so I wore them to work without any issues. Once I was able to wear two shoes I continued wearing the go walks until I could comfortably walk, then I switched to ballet flats. The brand I have is Me too from dsw and they are super comfortable. For heels, I can handle wedges without issue or anything that has support around the ankle.

For your wedding, depending where you are in the healing stage, a pretty flat or sandal may be safer than attempting any heel height.

Thank you @speakeasy14. I will look into those brands. And I really hope that I can wear heels by then, but unfortunately the way things are looking right now I might have to look for flats or sandals. Fortunately I haven't had any fittings yet so I can alter my dress to the length I need. I guess it might be time to start browsing for some pretty shoes that aren't heels. 

I just so want to be able to wear these beauties. I am probably still going to have the photographer take pictures of them, because in my mind they are my wedding shoes.

Oh, and engagement watch pictures! FI absolutely LOVES his watch. Unfortunately it is a little too big on him, so we have to get some links removed before he can wear it. But as promised, pics!
