@labro The interrogation at every store is so freakin annoying. Luckily this year I've been able to avoid a lot of that by doing most my shopping at small local shops... and finishing the bulk of my shopping before Thanksgiving.

@labro - Look at that cutie!  Callie is just getting cuter by the second!

@twodimes - Awwww, Indy under the tree is adorable.  Raj loves sleeping by the tree too but I'm always worried about leaving him there unattended of late...his cone and 120+ of dog don't mix with delicate ornaments very well.  Also, that sweater IS AWESOME. 

@goldenpenguin - I ADORE the hair, lady.  I love red hair and it looks amazing on you. 

@alpacina - Yeah for more money hopefully!  I'm sorry you have to go through the bureaucratic process to get it but more money is always helpful.

Yikes, its already the afternoon!  I've been swamped at work.  Long team meeting this morning but I told everyone on the team I was KU today so that was nice to get out there.  I'm one of three women on the team but all the guys have kids and were really happy for me/us.    

H just told me he ordered my gift from Amazon so I can't go on our Amazon account, guys.  I think that's sweet but I STILL haven't bought anyone's presents and was counting on Amazon to pull me through.  Maybe I'll just send him the links to what I want to buy and he'll have to buy them instead.  Sigh.

Okay post and run because I am swamped at work today. Our invitations came in the mail yesterday and I love them! And we got a happy surprise: the company made a mistake and printed our invitations on 220 lb paper instead of the 110 I ordered. I took it out and was like "How is this 110? I accidentally ordered cardboard!" and then looked at the order, and sure enough it said 220. The Details and RSVP cards are 110. And they look much prettier without the black lines, and most of you know my name and FI's name by now, but internet lurkers and such.

Oh, and FI asked me to order a pair of boots to protect my ankle a little better while traveling next week, and those came too! They are super comfy, and my first pair of Uggs (but they don't look like Uggs so I am  happy):   



And we picked up our iPhones yesterday and I am still learning how to use it.
