@minskat30 Does Chicago have one of those Escape Rooms? You get locked in (with a time limit) and have to figure out clues and puzzles to unlock the door. Boston has one that I've been dying to try.

Good morning! Today is the day before a vacation for the kids, so it's dance parties, movies and candy all day. I have a 3 day weekend and then PD on Tuesday and Wednesday. Kids return on Thursday. Our V-day plans are Indian food and lounging watching movies. @jenna8984 thanks god the snow won't be horrible! no more shoveling/snowblowing please!

Food shopping and errands tomorrow with my H and then lovefest Sunday with my H. Can't wait.

What did you have for breakfast or going to have for breakfast?

I had yogurt and baked cheetos. odd combo, I know.

What are you having for dinner?
I'm hoping to go out somewhere since we will probably stay home most of the weekend.

No, can't remember any.

Not really...since it's never very springlike in March...still winter.

@untouchablets @jenna8984 My parents have given each other the same anniversary card before! Actually, more than once. 

I assume BF got me tickets to the same symphony. If so I guess we will keep the best seats and sell off the others. It really would be funny and memorable if that's what happened. It's possible there's another upcoming event though. He asked me last week when I was going to be out of town so I assume that has to do with it.

@minskat30 I have friends who do escape rooms all the time and they love them! But I'm personally a fan of a surprise Chicago g2g with his friends!! That sounds like a great present to me! I'm clueless for H right now. He turns 30 in April and we're going on a trip with another couple but I still feel like I need to do something special for him on top of that.

@TwoDimes I was definitely a bit teary eyed when I dropped Cinders off at the boarding place. You'll get no judgement from me!!! It'll all be ok! Fingers crossed your dream about bed bugs isn't reality!

Weekend plans? None really. I think we'll clean the house tomorrow. We don't really celebrate V-Day, although I did get H a card from me and the dog. I might plan a nicer than normal dinner to cook at home on Sunday.

What did you have for breakfast or going to have for breakfast? I had a caramel vanilla latte from my favoritest local coffee shop! I don't get to go there often and it was delicious!

What are you having for dinner? Who knows. I need to go grocery shopping. We already had a "eat whatever is in the fridge" night this week.

Did you have any dreams last night? I did! And now I can't really remember. I dream a lot and usually remember most of my dreams but if I don't think about them much after I wake up I usually forget. The other night I had a dream that my mom gave me the fluffiest golden retriever puppy ever! I was so happy I started to cry! The puppy looked like dis!

What are you wearing? Black boots, black leggings, grey long sleeved shirt.

Do you have Monday off for pres day? Negative. Good thing @minskat30 has to work too so we can entertain each other.

Looking forward to anything in the next month? Are we talking for the remainder of February or just March? I don't think I really have anything going on at all. Next week two friends are in town so we'll visit with them and then the week after that another friend is travelling here for business and is going to stay with us part of the time! Next Saturday I get to babysit my Callie girl!!!! Look at her with Maddux!

@labro - I feel like we get none of the holidays off.    Hell, I was in the office on Christmas Day too (though I was one of very few in)...I think you were working too weren't you?  I absolutely love Maddux and Callie pictures.  I'm so looking forward to Raj bonding with Baby Minskat.

Ugh no thank goodness! I DID have to work all day Christmas Eve which is normally a holiday for me. At the end of the day I finally told them that I was going to help my mom make dinner and that they could talk to me again on Monday and no earlier than that!

@untouchablets – That’s so funny that you guys got each other similar gifts too! Our first Christmas together, BF and I each got the other person something kitchen related and something musical instrument related. It really cracked us up.

Weekend plans? Our friend's birthday is this weekend, so we're going with a group of people (who we know very few of) to an event called Zwicklemania. A bunch of breweries are giving out free beer for most of the day, apparently. I don't know how much you get, or how many choices you have, but I do love beer! We don't have any V-day plans, so hopefully we'll make some steaks or something.

What did you have for breakfast or going to have for breakfast? I had a slow roasted ham and swiss sandwich from Starbucks.

What are you having for dinner? I'm going to meet up with my BF, his coworker that we climbed with last summer, and his wife. No idea where we're eating yet though. It's up to the boys to decide....... This should go well.

@jenna8984 Nope, Cinders LOVES other dogs! Especially young puppies. I do think she needs a friend but my H is against another dog. But you can tell how happy she is when she gets to be with Maddux for several days (like if we're babysitting him or my sister is babysitting Cinders).

@labro - I'm going to see Ragtime at a smaller theatre in central Washington (it's a touring production), and then the next weekend is Wizard of Oz (part of my season in Portland, but I had no idea it was a stage show). Ragtime was my all time favorite musical before Book of Mormon came around.

@speakeasy14 - I will now be thinking of you all day tomorrow. Apparently "Zwickel" is the German word for the sampling spout on the side of a beer tank. Iiiiiiiiinteresting.
