What shoes would you recommend wearing with an all lace dress? Color/style?

May be any simple shoes (heels, of course) will be nice. I think you shouldn't choose shoes with much decor.

If you're going to have dancing or be standing for an extended period, make sure the shoes can take it. Heels not too high or too narrow, flats not too flat, etc.

I wore light pink flats.  Everyone's different.  I really don't think wearing an all-lace dress is going to limit the types of shoes you can wear too much.  (Except keeping the length of the dress in mind, of course).

I would just suggest staying away from shoes that have texture or lace on them.  Some people like flats, some heals.  Some people like white/ivory, some bold, fun colors.

I'm wearing an all lace dress and I have purple suede closed toe wedges. Honestly, you can wear whatever you want. I've seen boots, flats, heels and wedges ... all in a variety of different colours and they all looks lovely. I think you need to figure out what kind of shoe person you are and then start looking in that category.

COMFORTABLE!!!! 

No - really!  If your shoes aren't comfortable you aren't going to be!  You're going to be on your feet from roughly two hours before your ceremony until two hours after the last dance.  Have something that's comfortable that you can wear for the duration or two sets (one for the ceremony, one for the reception)...  If they aren't comfortable the first second you put them on, they aren't going to be after 6 hours either.  Cute shoes are only so if they're actually on your feet. 

Potentially check out ballroom/latin dancing shoes.  The heels are a little more substantial as is the support...

Ditto something comfortable. I wore Sam Edelman Felicia flats in hot pink. They were super comfortable and are padded.
