capped sleeve alterations

Hello!

My dress is Luna Novias- Lemal 2015 collection. My wedding is a month away and I am realizing that the cut of the capped sleeves are not the most flattering on my arms. Can anyone tell if they think the capped sleeves can be removed. I would be willing to let go of the beading along the sleeve. I don't have my next fitting until 2 weeks and I kinda wanna get opinions before then?!

If so, it looks like the sleeves are part if the lace overlay. I'm not sure if it's possible, but it's not something I'd want to try to do two weeks out. That fitting should really be for the end product, or finishing touches. 

It's a lovely dress. I'm sure it will look beautiful!

I agree with @JediElizabeth; it looks like a seamless part of the overlay. I don't know how you'd cut it back without losing the integrity of the overlay. I wouldn't mess with it.
