    Thursday, 4/21

    Breakfast: Oatmeal, egg fried in olive oil, chocolate soy milk, matcha green tea

    Lunch: I packed a salad with kale, watercress, broccoli, red bell peppers, and salmon

    Dinner: Either leftover ham and lentils or leftover ham and roasted veggies (I am still eating ham that has been in the freezer from Easter.)

    Snacks: I brought an apple and some lentil crisps to work with me.  Also probably wine.


    Exercise: Hopefully a run, if the weather holds out and I am not totally wiped by the end of my classes.


    Thursday Question:

    What are you wearing today?
    Navy skinny slacks, white linen button-down, leopard-print flats.

    Last night I replaced my dinner with  vanilla ice cream at around 4 pm and then I wasn't feeling hungry again until 8 so I had a plain salad with light dressing.

    Breakfast - strawberries, banana, oatmeal & coffee
    Lunch - sausage, onions, and peppers
    Dinner - Lime chicken with rice and veggies. Wine
    Snack - Apple, cliff bar, oranges
    Exercise - TIU Bikini Challenge and yoga

    There will be lots of burgers, fries, and margaritas tomorrow.  Then bikini challenge starts.

    Friday two Questions: Will you workout over the weekend?
    Yes, probably not tomorrow, but definitely tonight and Sunday. 
     
    What's your favorite work out?
    I'm loving yoga.  My all time favorite though is dance.

    Breakfast - I planned for yogurt and coffee but DH made me a breakfast burrito...back to the bathroom it is. UGHHH.
    Lunch - Leftovers? It depends on how I feel.
    Dinner - Maybe a sandwich, we will see how I feel at this point.
    Snack - nothing planned
    Exercise - None...cleaning?

    Lots of walking around the neighborhood.

    I love Zumba and aerobics.

    Dinner - Turkey Tacos
    Snack - Pringles (5) and cheese stick (1)
    Exercise - None

    Yes, as long as we can leave the pups alone for a bit, we will do the gym Saturday and Sunday.
     
    What's your favorite work out?
    Like @speakeasy14 anything dance. I love Zumba, Ballet, Barre, and my new Jazz cardio class.

    Breakfast - Ummm a bagel with cream cheese (it was free and I needed it because I had a bottle of wine last night!)
    Lunch - Ummm CFA with all my work peeps
    Dinner - I have no idea, whatever my mom has at her house or maybe I'll go for the fatty trifecta and get a hoagie from Wawa 
    Snack - I need some vegetables
    Exercise - LOL

    I will not. Unless walking Snooser counts. 
     
    What's your favorite work out?
    I really enjoy taking classes when I had a gym membership. Not at the gym, I like T25 and 30DS because they're quick.

    Breakfast - Nothing will stay down so far, but I'm slowly working on some eggs so hopefully that'll work!

    Lunch - No idea.

    Dinner - No idea.

    Snack - I have a Greek yogurt and a nectarine with me.

    Exercise - Getting up and down from the recliner.

    Oh god, this is going to be so bad.

    Breakfast - Cinnamon coffee cake muffin (21 pts), latte (6 pts)
    Lunch - We're going to NOT have lunch I think.
    Dinner - Probably chicken and veg leftovers again (9 pts), it's Friday SO WINE (4 pts)
    Snack - watermelon
    Exercise - LOL.

    Total: 40 pts :(

    If by working out you mean breaking my back in the yard then sure.

    Exercise - off day! going to do some light abs/arms and a lot of stretching tonight

    Yep - 9 mile run tomorrow! 2 weeks to go. I might also run 5 on Sunday since Mon is looking busy.

    Barre and Spin - I LOVE spin right now.
