This board needed a new discussion, so let's get one going. I started working out for the specific purposes of my wedding (which is a year away). I haven't worked out like this since I was in college, and I forgot how great it feels. I also found some fun dance fitness classes that I've been taking, and since I've been enjoying them so much, it's easy to get myself to go.
I've also given up Diet Coke (this was the hardest thing!). I've been going without it for about a month now. My fiancé and I are also cooking more meals at home instead of going out. I've been doing all of this for wedding prep, but it's been a great lifestyle change. I fully intend on keeping this going after the wedding.
